Neon v2

Neon v2 can display up to 10 effects blended each other with different modes: additive, subtractive, multiply, mask, etc.

Each of them can also have its own filter plus a special layer to apply a filter to all FX at once.
Filters can be applied to any FX source. Neon v2 filters include colorize, distort, hi/lo-pass, pixelate, emboss, glow, blur, halftone, etc.
